It's a stock that is down a good bit today. The article discusses fundamentals of TPC compared to other construction companies. It might be worth checking out.
I know nothing about technical analysis of charting stocks, and I only ran across and read the Zacks article today.

Zacks' article may have merit. LINK
and may have just been ill-timed on a day when TPC's shares declined or the shares may be in for an extended decline. Only the passing of time will determine if Zacks' article has merit and/or whether there'll be a continuing decline. In the meantime, TPC might be worth putting it on a watch list. LINK
