Heavy turnover lots of sketchy workers and many lawsuits from stolen items or starches on the car. Seems like a headache but you can make money.

Classic car wash on the corner of johnston is camellia is killing it. However, they have Frank's casing backing them. You have to have money to make money.

Knew a guy in highschool who’s grandfather owned one. The volunteer fire department in town all got their water bill waived by the town for being volunteers. Rumor had it he put the car wash for his address when he signed up for the volunteer fire department so he got free water for his car wash. I doubt it’s true but it was funny to think about.

my thought on car washes is to make your money back, maybe a little more, then sell it in its peak. The technology ages quickly and people will always go to the newer more shiny car wash.
