If you're new to this, just don't panic. Gains/losses arent realized till you sell. It's not at all uncommon for 10-20% dips/rises in a few hours because of a news article.

I have no sympathy. Those bots are a big reason prices stay range-bound as hard as they do. Maybe this will discourage such use in the future.
