Looks like the stay was lifted and Netlist will begin settlement talks with Google. Google isn’t the only company that infringed on Netlist’s 912 patent. Definitely a buy while still under $2. It’s already up 35% in markets overseas.

Just passing along some information some may not be aware of regarding this stock. Hope some of you make some money on it like I have.

Held this sucker for 4 years and got out at the end of last year. Good luck with finally getting a settlement resolved.

I am not long like others. I bought in at .34 in 2018. Been steadily accumulating since.

NLST earning report: "During 2020 revenue grew by 81%, gross profit dollars improved by 162%, and operating expenses decreased by 3.5%, resulting in a 42% improvement to the bottom line compared to the prior year," said Netlist's Chief Executive Officer, C.K. Hong. "For 2021 we are well-positioned to execute on the product business and our intellectual property initiatives. We look forward to the resumption of the Google case and the SK hynix jury trial."

Update 5/6/2022:
Netlist, Inc. (OTCQB:NLST) today announced that, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California (the Court) issued an order granting Netlist's motion for summary judgement on intervening rights as to claim 16 of Netlist's U.S. 7,619,912 (‘912) patent.

This means it’s possible that NLST can collect damages as far back as 2009 from Google. Huge win for NLST

Starting to take off. Will get real interesting when they come to an agreement or verdict with Google and Micron. There is also talk of uplisting to nasdaq.
