And the disadvantage is, if you have multiple entities, you have to pay for each one separately with the online version. It’s the only reason I’m staying with a desktop version as I’ve got five different entities.

I switched off QuickBooks a while back because it felt bloated for my tiny setup, and getting hands-on help made a big difference
I ended up having some of my bookkeeping handled through LINK which kept things simple and synced cleanly with the software they set me up on
It took the pressure off and made my books way easier to keep straight
