Mortgage refinance broker recommendations

I posted in a thread earlier that must have gotten whacked...but not sure why.
Looking for banks or broker recommendations that can offer under 3% for a 20yr refinance with good credit. I don’t mind paying points if the rate can get closer to what WMU is offering.

Check out Zillow. I went through sebonic about 4 years ago when I went from 30 years at 4.5 to 20 at 3.25. They are now at 3% for a 20 year, but they are going to drop within a year.
