I have a small business(rental property) is this my best bet to have easy access to my money when I need it but also too make interest on my cash monthly.

I had a Marcus "High Yield" account for a couple of years. I think most of these types of accounts have settled around .5% interest right now.

I pulled out when Goldman Sachs said they will only underwrite IPO's of business with a "diverse" member on the board. But this is only in the US and Europe of course. China/India can still do what they want and get Goldman $$$.

I agree.....companies need to hire the best person for the job...
I worked for a man who was qualified for the position but had horrible people skills ..

Yeah, no way those policies can have adverse financial affects.
