Ya, it was my brain. The site I was looking at had bad numbers or something.
I can't speak for your staff and so forth, but there's a lot of hurdles to HDHP's from a income standpoint, to education, to responsible planning, etc that'll never be overcome.
To me it is similar to fixed mortgages, when for many years ARMs were probably mathematically superior, and especially when people weren't staying in their homes more than 5-7 years anyway.
