IRS correction from 2013..

Received a nice letter recently from the IRS on a correction for 2013. It appears that it deals entirely with my HSA. The HSA bank issued a 1099-SA saying a gross distribution of over $6,000 occurred.
The payments were for qualified expenses. Does the IRS assume it was all for un-qualified expenses and I now have to prove that the HSA was used for qualified expenses?
I have the monthly statements from the HSA and details of the payments out to the various providers. Is that enough?

You needed to file Part II of Form 8889
LINK
Show amount of distributions, amount of medical expenses, and done.
What does the letter say to do? Maybe you can fill out the form and send it back with a letter of explanation.

It does say I can do that.
What happened is the CPA forgot to put the info from the 1099-SA into my taxes, and then check the box that it was all for eligible medical expenses.
fricking IRS assumes I withdrew $6500 for hookers and blow.
