I'm 25-30 years away from retirement. Putting 10% toward it.

30- Large Cap Growth
16- Mid Cap Value
24- Small Cap Blend
30- World Stock

Does this breakdown look good?

Looks good. Might go 20% on World and put 10% in bonds.

How long have you taught? you're doing teacher retirement AND 403B?

I've taught 5 years, but switching school districts. Yes, I'm doing both. I have very few bills now so I'm maximizing my financial future. I'll be teaching freshmen World Geog for next year, I saw you will be as well. If you want you can email me at fouldeliverer@gmail.com and we can chat about it.

Would you split it between Roth and 403b say 7% 403b and 3% Roth?

Or vice versa?

I'd definitely put more in a Roth if you can for tax purposes. Others will probably suggest the same. Seven to Three percent sounds good to me. However, I'm not too familiar with 403Bs.
