HRA and how to use it?

I guess this fits here.
So apparently I am not at all familiar with this and just stumbled across it. I've never really paid much attention to my health care plan. Never really had to use it but now that I have dependents I certainly use it more.
So the account has a decent chunk of change in there. Enough so that it will cover the childbirth in December along with expenses I have paid out of pocket for in the last 18 months.
My questions is that is all they need just the EOB which I can download from my health care profile? Or do they need actual receipts (which I guess I can get from my kids ped and my wife's doctor).

After my penis ensmallment all i had to do was fill out the required form and attach the EOBs i printed off my insurance profile, and send to the HRA via email. Wasn't too difficult.

I am not sure if you can back pay a previous year's expenses with an HRA unless they were incurred last year and you paid them this year. You may want to check with someone before moving forward with that. I know the IRS can put up to a 20% penalty on non-eligible expenses reimbursed through an HRA.
