Would you be willing to provide your email. Would love to connect at some point. 26 and looking to get into the RE game in the next couple of years. I have some secondary income that generates about $6k a year that I would like to build up and put towards RE.

I'm not a financial genius and many on this board would disagree with my investment strategies, but they work for me. I'll be glad to share what I have learned.
If you post your email, I'll reply back. I wouldn't recommend using your primary email on an open board though.

Haha, trust me I know. I think anything that could help shorten the learning curve is beneficial.
