What are those in the know on the MB seeing for 30 year jumbo loans? $600k range...

ETA that this would be for a construction to perm loan.

30yr on jumbos is 3.375% right now

the Fed rates disconnected from mortgage rates years ago in my opinion. we had rates in the high 3 and low 4% range for most of Obama's presidency and the Fed rate was 0. The fed rate helps out the banks these days more than it helps mortgage rates. That just my opinion, i would prefer them to stay low and this boom to continue.

Sorry I got a 2.25% from quicken loans for a VA IRRRL loan... 12k in lender credits on loan for $899k
