So investors are urged to buy stock by next Friday the 14th to be stockholder of record on the 18th to be entitled to participate in the rights offering. HCMC will distribute one non-transferable subscription for each four shares. Each right will entitle the holder to purchase one share at a price 75% of the volume-weighted average of the trading price and have to be excercised by June 3rd.

I have done much with rights. Making sure I’m looking at this correctly. So this will allow someone to purchase additional shares at a 25% discount correct. So I have 23k shares allowing me to have the right to purchase 5,750 shares at a 25% discount?

It's listed at a fraction of a penny

The discount would amount to the change in my pocket

Who cares?

Yea that totally answered the questions. Why did you come in here if you’re not gonna answer the question. And it’s more about the lawsuit with Philip Morris.

I'm just wondering why you would care about a 25% discount on a stock that's listed at less than a fraction of a penny

I'm sitting on 2M shares, I just want it to hit 10 cents.

Went on a buying spree over the last few minutes?

Considering that would multiply your investment by about 50x I can see why

Not the same person saying that. I’ve been holding my 23k shares for a while. And if they win the case it’s very likely the stock could hit that. If not oh well.

Cause they are in a huge lawsuit with Philip Morris and if they win can be a huge to deal to them. If both owe well. But huge reward for a small risk. So I lose $8 of they lose or gain if they win. I don’t think it will hit .50 or a $1 like a lot are thinking but considerable reward comparable to the risk that it would be taking.
