Fraud on account

Sorry if this is the wrong board...

During the last 10 months, I've had various accounts (email, credit card, and now at&T) compromised.

Today I received a text saying that my address had changed on my account. Looked online, and sure enough some SOB had hacked my account and put their info (not name...only address and email) instead of mine. Called and got it taken care of. New password, passcode, everything I could do.

30 min later got another text that my order had been processed. WTF?? I call and talk to "David" from India saying that a phone had been purchased. Transferred to Fraud, and she told me she cancelled the order.

Called back a few hours later to be sure. Apparently FedEx had picked the order up, and it was on the way to be shipped. On phone now trying to make sure this POS doesn't get it.


Sooooo mad. Is there anything I can do to protect myself further? Anyone use Life Lock? Is it worth it?

Again, sorry if the wrong board...just looking for advice.
