Fidelity Simple IRA

A relative of mine started a new job and asked me to help fill out her employers simple IRA application. I noticed they are offering her over 50 Class A, C, and T funds. I’m familiar with class A and C but not T. I read online but thought I’d ask the MB for advice as well. Should a 23 yr old allocate into class T’s over A’s?
