I really don't know about coverage with them; I see it from the reimbursement side. With hygenists wanting, in some places 50-60/hr (luckily "only" 25-30 here) and Delta paying maybe 80 for a cleaning, there's very little profit, if any. As far as I know, If you accept their insurance, you agree to accept their reimbursement and that's it. Can't make the patient pay more.

Yep, my hygienist makes $55/hr so there’s no way I could be profitable with those reimbursements; just on payroll alone I’d be upside-down. It’s sad how insurance runs the world
