Rates went higher on Friday afternoon so this is higher than I have been seeing but I pulled 2.875% for the 30 and 25 year rate based on the info you gave me and the estimated credit score of 760

What are closing costs like on this? I just bought in May at 3.3 but house has appreciated 15% already.

Worth looking at for me?

Streamlines have all the costs. You can get a refund on the MI you initially paid and depending on the lender a credit towards costs

But with the streamline you usually come in with your final payment at closing. Maybe 2

Probably worth it. When are you ever gonna get a chance to have a very low 2% rate
