Do you have a list of what is available to you? Assuming this is for some retirement plan?
General rule of thumb is stick to broad index funds with the lowest possible fees.

I’m not sure yet, just been looking into them. Any suggestions on ones to look into (the broad index funds)?

Assuming you have access to their iShares mutual funds.
