Better contribution for Roth IRA. Money in Eli Lilly or NVDA?

Where would go between these to choices?

Why not both
You know the growth with NVDA is amazing and AI speculation is the new hotness and no signs of slowing down yet. It has really gone up though, who knows how much more?
LLY has Mounjara already for diabetes, but just had Zepbound approved by FDA last year for obese patients. Zepbound should be hitting in 2024 sales. Those two alone could exceed $25 billion in sales over time.
They have had similar growth over the past year. LLY seems safer to me, but I have both.

I currently have both positions in my Roth IRA. Just curious as to which would be better for this years contribution. I love both stocks. I understand what you said, Eli Lilly might be a bit safer.
