Anyone ever file a Chase Sapphire Reserve trip delay claim?

Was stuck in Europe due to Harvey with flights canceled. Started the process but just curious if anyone else has any experience with this and how long it took to be reimbursed.
Gotta say though, Chase Reserve is the best. Been super customer service focused in my talks with them so far.

Glad to hear that the customer service is good. I had an awful experience with their travel booking portal...plus some ridiculous experiences right after the card was initially activated.

I'd recommend calling them with any travel booking issue. They were awesome helping us get our tickets switched due to Harvey.

And they were absolutely awful when the price of a ticket dropped by 75% within 24 hrs of my booking. Did I mention I'd just bought three at that price? Had I booked direct with the airline, I could have at least re-booked the tickets & had a fat credit with the airline for use on future tickets. With Chase, I had three expensive tickets and no recourse. Multiple calls to their travel "advisors" did nothing....airline refused to do anything since it was booked through the Chase portal. (this was w/British Air)
So I learned my lesson: don't book air through their portal. Transfer the points to the airline & book direct w/airline.

Yes, got stuck in Orlando back in March because of blizzard in Philly, flight was cancelled. Process is a little involved (had to get all the paperwork, but nothing ridiculous) and after a week or so they sent a request for some additional paperwork, all was paid in a couple of more weeks.
They didn't cover the full cost of the hotel I chose, but that was because I chose a really nice one and could have stayed at a cheaper property.
