Anybody involved with or know someone in a wholesale commercial bakery?

I’m looking to launch a product and need to either find someone out there that’s close to where we live or that can drop ship after making. Local def locks in better returns, but I’m worried about the product (quality) if it’s not done in the south.

Thanks. I’m in Virginia, but I’ll ping them and see. Just doing some research at the moment. Like I said I could find one here, but scared of the quality/quality control.
