You have to have that if you're going to scale to 2,000 restaurants and run AUVs that high.

You can't have a bunch of unique designs and training etc, it just doesn't work and the quality gets worse the more you deviate.

The reality is your quality is always going to slip as you scale. It's just not feasible to have that much operational and supplier quality control. You're even seeing it some on chick fil a and their single operator model is pretty much unquestionably best in class.

It’s a ways away but Salad and Go is an IPO to watch in the QSR space.

What makes you say that?

We eat there 3 times per week sometimes for a quick bite. Make our own dressing, but it’s moderately priced and good protein portions.

Show me another place that can offer a solid salad and drink for less than $8, all through a drive through that takes 3 minutes.

You can also grab a solid breakfast burrito and salad for your lunch on the way to work for $10.

Assuming they’re making money, that's a monster model for aggressive expansion.

I don’t understand how Salad and Go pricing. It’s so much cheaper than…anywhere. $1.24 for a cold brew coffee that is like 20oz…$6.50 for a wrap or salad. Breakfast burritos at like $3.25.

The one by my house isn’t very busy but it’s a steal of a deal and pretty quick. Quality / taste is just alright but the value insane.

I love CAVA…have been a fan since before the Zoe’s acquisition.

Wingstop is another one to watch…the growth the last few years has been terrific. The chicken sandwich they launched is as good as anywhere (and you can customize the flavor).

Well well. Surprised me. Up 10% after hours. Like the other posters said, was expecting a loss still but guess we’ll see from here. This thing could really takeoff now
