looks to be a new SPAC from ARK folks - their other offerings have been doing well for me, just curious as to what the knowledgeable folks think of its prospects.

EDIT: is NOT related to the ARK Invest ETFs

Trying to figure that out, also trying to figure out if its the "real" ARK folks or someone else just using ARK letters to gain attention, I don't see Cathy Woods name anywhere on their documentation. Was hoping someone here would know

Looks like it started reading about an hour ago, at $10.56 right now.

It’s being led by a former Groupon CEO, so yea not necessarily related to Cathie Wood’s ARK

I did yes, but being as it was just coming out today, didn't know if the site hadn't been updated possibly. Just happened to do a search for ARK on TDA and saw it pop up and was hoping to get in early on a new offering from them. As others have verified, its nothing to do with ARK invest / Woods, apologies for my confusion.
