I have not. But be sure you carefully read the requirements you must meet to get that 4% deal. In particular, you must have 20 debit card purchases during the month, or you get 0.15% that month instead.

Keep in mind that most rewards credit cards pay back 1.5% (or sometimes more). So this might not be worth the hassle unless you're looking for a high balance main account and plan to use a debit card all the time.
