I just listened to an interview with the CEO, Alex Wylie, and was impressed. This company could have legs. They extract lithium from water waste from the oil/gas industry.
Sound like Standard Lithium? As I understand it, SLI does something similar, but SLI has a $1.4B capex to drill wells. VLTLF is modular, going to the source and using the waste water from oil wells and using that, as opposed to drilling wells and piping the water to the extraction facility. This means their capex is going to be 1/5 of what it is for SLI.
Stocks is about 0.77/share, right now.

I do not believe this is the world changing product that graphene is, but having a ready to go infrastructure in place to supply the water is certainly a benefit.
