Transferring Parking Passes

Is there a way to transfer a parking pass? I know how to transfer tickets but when I click the parking pass in my account, it says there is no mobile pass and to check my email. So how do people sell/transfer a parking pass? Will I have to wait until the days before the game, download the printable pass and then email the download to my friend?
