I am an Alabama fan considering coming down for the weekend when we play you guys the last week of April. I see that standing room only tickets are all that is available and that on secondary ticket sites, prices for actual seats are very high. This is understandable considering the year you guys are having.

If I have a standing room only ticket, is it possible to sit down in an empty seat as long as I move if the ticket holder shows up? Or, are the event staff very strict on that?

Second, will it be possible to get a ticket for an actual seat without breaking the bank as it gets closer? Either outside the stadium or online?

Thank you very much. And, congratulations on winning the women’s hoops title

Tickets will get cheaper on secondary markets closer to gametime.

It also depends on where you try to sit. Bleachers, no problem. Gold Seats behind home plate will be met by an usher asking to see your ticket. Sometimes the green grandstands as well.

You will be able to get tickets before the game cheaper. The cheapest I saw on stubhub for the Tenn. series in the grandstands was around 60-100 a ticket.

Just curious, is this your first time to Baton Rouge? Or have you made any football games?

No, I have been there many times for football, a couple of times for basketball, and once for baseball. The one time I was there for baseball, I was able to get good, affordable seats outside the stadium. But, that’s been about ten years ago, and I know times have changed. I always enjoy visiting Baton Rouge. The vast majority of your fans have always been very welcoming. Always a good time, win or lose.
