LSU basketball season ticket relocation

Did anyone else go through the whole process to the confirmation screen and not receive the confirmation email?

I got the confirmation email right after. I added 2 seats. Didn't relocate any of the others. My pick was #40 or so.

Thanks. I reduced the number of seats and relocated. I owed $0 and will be getting refunded. Maybe that has something to do with it. I’m going to call them today and give them the confirmation # to make sure. (I had taken a screenshot)

added a seat and didn't get any confirmation. I then called 30 minutes later to the ticket office for my confirmation, and everything went through correctly
