LSU App for Season Tickets

First time season ticket holder for this upcoming season. I originally had tickets in 634 but moved down to 415 in May when relocations happening. I have the confirmation number but don’t see anything in my account about ticket information other than my payments schedule. Is everyone else’s like this?

My season tickets haven't posted yet. Give it a few weeks until it gets closer to the season opener. They're also still trying to figure out the allotments for the season opener in Vegas.
