My tickets were transferred from someone to my TAF account. Every time I try to open my upcoming events I get an error saying I must be on a mobile device. I am in fact on my iPhone. Any ideas?

Have you logged into your account and tried adding them to your wallet? Maybe have them cancel the transfer and retransfer using your phone number?
