The reason our QB's suck isn't a lack of talent...it's a lack of coaching and proper grooming

if his job is on the line, then he would have to figure out the best option, assuming all options ultimately fail. If he starts Garrett, and Garrett fails, then he is certainly toast. If JJ or JL fail, then he can say "we knew we were in a tough spot but really wanted Garrett to mature given all the other offensive talent coming in. we didn't want to risk shaking his confidence as well."
