Yep, that pretty much sums it up...
BOOM!!!!
Can we let the guy start his 2nd year before we try to say he sucks. His stats were not that bad last year for having such a horrible O-line. Lets see what he can do if the line improves as much as it should and we have a decent running game.

jj needs brains.... not an sec grade qb..if he plays the whole season look to lose at least 4
So the only way we won't lose 4 games is if one of the Lees play? Do know how ridiculous this logic is? I'm sick of ignorant fricks like you saying JJ is dumb. Take your dumb arse agenda to the Poli board frickstick.

Gtfo. You have an agenda and everyone sees it.

Yeah. It should have been called but that just highlights the fact that our line was terrible. That dude came at JJ untouched.

Because maybe as parents they want to encourage their kid to do what HE wants to do, not try and live off of him. And sometimes people value a college degree in case they need something to fall back on instead of being a high school baseball coach.

If Jefferson isn't getting it done by mid unc game, I'm all for putting in lee to see what he can do fwiw.
But I think JJ will do just fine this year.

Fwiw, high school baseball coaches must have a degree as most of them are teachers too. Also, WTF are you even talking about?

Not very hard to have a 64% completion rate when 90% of those completed passes are five yards or less, with many just dump offs to RB's, which was a mainstay of Crowtons 2009 watered down "Let's protect JJ from Picks/Pick 6's" high school level offense. Simply can't have quartermeerkatbacks staring over to the sidelenes for play calls because they can't recognize and read defenses. This is LSU and the SEC, not Destrehan High School......
Check your facts ... if anything, we didn't dump it to RBs enough.

You're the one with the agenda and everyone sees it. The guy posted JJ showed his toughness in the Bama game. I said he got knocked out of that particular game. Guess you didn't actually READ what was posted and what I was replying to, but that's cool. It doesn't go with your agenda.
BTW, how does getting knocked out of the game show toughness? Whether the hit was legal or not, I still don't see how coming out shows toughness. Please oh wise one...enlighten me.

Also I've said on every single Zach Lee thread that JJ is your starter the next 2 years. Damn my double secret agenda.

actually it doesn't sum it up...to get a more accurate picture of the point being made you have to add sacks and scrambles to the attempts total to get a "yards per pass play called". The point is that Jefferson's sacks and scrambles created the higher efficiency rating. If you add sacks and one-third of his rushing attempts in to pass attempts, JJ's average is 5.9 per playcall, while Lee was 6.67 the year before.
<no agenda, I think JJ should start>

Deeezam.
But seriously, some of the guys on here need to GTFO of here with that mess. For one thing, it's not accurate. But more importantly, it's mean-spirited and unconstructive. If JJ starts sipping on sizurp and doing crazy shite, call him dumb all you want. But he seems like a good kid and is at least serviceable as a QB. Much like Mike Gundy, I'm a man (not 40, though) and I don't feel the need to talk shite about a 19-year old kid.
And btw, even if you guys aren't race-baiting, it plays that way to a lot of reasonable people and it makes us (as a fan base) look bad. You might want to cut that out. A lot of people read this board who actually appreciate all of our players--including the 70% of them who are black.

JJ was getting his arse kicked the entire game. Even after the big shot that put him out Jordy was reporting that he was begging to go back in but the team doctors wouldn't let him. His eyes were glassy and it was too much of a risk. He'll, if he and Chuck don't go down in that game who knows how it could have turned out. We were actually moving the ball a little bit before Lee came in.

So if someone gets injured and taken out of the game by the coaches they aren't "tough"
Go frick yourself. Seriously.

LSU wins. No doubt in my mind.

we moved the ball fine after Lee came in, had Lafell not lined up wrong on 4th down, we may have scored on the drive that JJ got hurt on. Bama going up by two scores (and scott going out) pretty much eliminated the running game and Bama was able to put the heat on Lee...

Please show me where I said that. I didn't say getting hurt meant you were not tough. I simply asked how getting hurt proves you are tough.

Ah, the classic ranter retort when you simply can't answer.

interesting, I was at the game and JJ was pretty much standing on the sideline with his helmet on after he came out, we never saw him get much medical attention and thought, at the time, that he had been pulled for taking the sack. (obviously that wasn't the case, just giving the sentiment from the stadium)
