I went to many before this, but never really became a true tiger follower until LSU v. Auburn in 2001. Started the game with an onside kick and never looked back. Last time we rushed the field also. AMAZING experience.

1962 - LSU vs TCU. LSU won 5-0. Sonny Gibbs was the QB for TCU - he was 6 ft 7in and drafted by the Detroit Lions the following year. We rode the train up and walked past the Box on the way to the game. I was 16 yrs old. Never seen anything like it. Being from New Orleans, I was a victim of the Tulane propaganda. I thought LSU was an old run down school for Ag majors. Needless to say my eyes were opened after experiencing Tiger Stadium.

LSU 28
Arkansas 0

I remember one play from that game in which our receiver wrestled an interception away from one of their db's. Also, our seats were in the second to last row of the west upper.
