I dug through the game thread. Apparently the home plate ump was making his motion to signal strike three then changed his mind and Jay called him out on it.

There was an SEC ump who worked for me named Marvin King. I can’t imagine there’s any way possible that he could be as bad at umpiring as he is at his primary profession
