I don't think it is hypothetical that he may play and if boxers have to wait at least a month to fight after their 1st concussion and 3 months after the 2nd another major hit within 2 weeks could be permanent..douche..

Right. The issue with concussions isn't that he's going to suffer some immediate traumatic injury (although that is possible). The greater danger is that concussions, especially multiple concussions, are strongly correlated with brain problems later in life.

It's like people who are willing to let pitchers throw 140 pitches (I'm looking at you Auggie). Yeah they might be fine now, at age 21, but their shoulders will probably be seriously messed up at age 41 or 51.
