A statement would be to go in and win the whole damn thing. The biggest F U you could possibly give.
Sitting the tourney is what they want and the’d simply plug in another team and every time that team was shown we the nation would hear how “this team almost got robbed bc LSU cheated”.
What part of all of this has shown you that the media would do nothing less?

this is similar to nba fans wanting their team to tank. surely not the same situation, but the same type of bitch arse fan would want this.
