My belief - when someone is naturally good at something, you can't let them overthink their decisions or they'll frick up. Just let Lee do what he knows how to do and keep it fast enough so that he doesn't get in his own way.

Did anyone else notice that Toliver was breaking inside and Jefferson threw to the outside towards the sideline?

Yeah, this really bothered me. I mean that drive was going well and I felt like we were going to steal 3 points at the end of the half... then it ends just like that. And yes, it probably was Toliver's fault because Jefferson made a good throw toward the sideline to conserve time and save Toliver from a big hit. Why would he turn to the inside when we are trying stop the clock? He's been in the offense for 2.5 years now and Toliver is still too inconsistent. He's gotta help Jefferson out there and make the play.

JJ's fault. His holding the ball too long makes line look bad.

His 2nd half against Troy was a thing of beauty. Interesting how impotent our offense has become, because other than Lee all the tools are there

Agreed.
