HAHAHA. SURE!! Go ahead!! So far, he has been criticized for every game mistake Brady was blamed for. Let's see, technicals, missed free throws, blowing leads, getting blown out, not controlling his players, not getting along with his players, blaming his players, not recruiting, etc, etc. etc... Be my guest, GO FOR IT!

Brady had no idea about coaching strategies and how to run an offense. Before you ask about the 38 point night let me remind you Brady had MUCH better talent. Hell TJ is having to play walkons for chunks of minutes

I don't think I called you a NEGATIGER , even though you apparently think you are one. However, just because I haven't called you one doesn't mean anything, if you get my drift.

Sorry buddy, the NEGATIGERS accepted no excuses when JB was here. Trying to use them now does not fly!

IDK WTF you are talking about. I am not a Negatiger for liking the current coach and disliking the former one. In your mind 85% of LSU basketball fans are Negatigers

If you wanted Brady fired, you are a NEGATIGER in my book. Any LSU fan that wants a coach fired two years after winning the SEC and going to the Final Four is a NEGATIGER , PERIOD! If Brady had kept the players who left for the NBA during those next two years, not to mention the injuries, he would have won some more titles. That is not his fault. NEGATIGERS don't care about reality or circumstances. So forget bringing up reality or circumstances, now. Most of the NEGATIGERS :yack: are defending TJ because they know they would look even dumber if they didn't. For the record, I have not commented on TJ as a coach.

The AD must have been a Negatiger.

The vast majority of the fanbase were Negatigers.

Everybody but the 3 fools on TD who continue to defend Brady are Negatigers.

BEATLES - You are on an island on this one. A lonely 3 man island. The John Brady supporters!!!! You ought to print up some Tshirts and wear them proudly. Something with Brady's likeness, jowls and all, on the front. On the back, you can highlight his impressive 74-93 conference record. You can also highlight the fact that he sported a winning conference record a grand total of 3 out of 11 seasons as Head Coach. Them's some real impressive credentials there BEATLES.

While we're at it, how about a shirt listing every player who Brady ran off. We would need to go to the Big and Tall store to get a shirt big enough for this list. I guess every one of these guys were just malcontents, huh. Good riddance, who needed Ross Neltner anyway. Better off without him. Don't want any more Mr. Basketball's on this team.

TJ just did the same thing this year. Billy D won back to back NCs and did not go to the dance the next year. He was also 0-2 in the SEC until we played him. Sorry, but no NEGATIGERS have gotten over Brady. They bring him up EVERYDAY!

Anybody who supports LSU people is on an island surrounded by a sea of NEGATIGERS on this board. Proud to be one of the few. I've already got tee-shirts with Brady's titles on them. LSU needs to print up NEGATIGER shirts with a big circle and line through it.

P.S. I have never believed that was Skip's decision. He defended Brady on the FB schedule comment. Said it was TRUE! Whoever did made that decision is a NEGATIGER or had no backbone.

Here is the retention rate of recruits of SEC schools from 2003-2007:

Vandy 75
Alabama 70
Tennesee 70
Kentucky 67
Arkansas 63
LSU 63
South Carolina 59
Florida 56
Georgia 54
Miss. St. 52
Auburn 52
Ole Miss 46

Time to give up the 'all the players Brady ran off" crap. LSU was right in the middle in attrition in the college basketabll landscape.

Do you really think that John Brady was good for the program? No way...he did not connect with players, parents, or fans. There were a few years of the Brady ball, but come on. It was time to move on!

Brady would have doubtless gone for the quick fix, a JUCO guy.

We also likely would've kept Morgan and Tommy Mason Griffin if Brady had stayed.

While I don't totally agree with the lengths to which Trent has sacraficed the present to lay a foundation (I don't think he needed to sacrafice this much) I do applaud the intent. I am still hopeful for the future and like Trent's character and integrity.

fairly certain, TJ is smart enough to have a few guys to fill in for the NBA early defectors. The good coaches and the good programs can withstand guys leaving early. shite, the real good ones can plan for it and guard against it.

In today's times, how can a kid leaving early for the NBA surpise anybody? Much less his Head Coach?

this is what worries me about trent, for him to see this year coming when he got the job and not do anything about it concerns me. for not one player he was recruiting at stanford not to come here, concerns me. calipari got his recruits to follow him, most coaches get at least one kid to follow him, he had none. now we have a real mess. two years and not one player he has recruited to be excited about, maybe next year at this time we will be talking about one player
