Thinking that what Wade did is not exactly what every other P4 coach did is the definition of delusional.
Just about every major college basketball writer has Wade as the top 1 or 2 available coaches. But yeah, some dumbass on an LSU message board knows better.

He was suspended and Nickelberry is credited with the wins and losses. Im not doing a lot of research but I can’t remember Wade winning a tournament game at LSU which is the original point, DUMBASS!

Take a fricking rest, keyboard warrior. If you weren’t such a count looking for a fight behind the anonymity of your moms basement you would realize that even if Wade won a game in the tournament it didn’t change anything from the original posters claim the Wade ran the SEC. He was competitive for sure but that’s it. Spin it however the frick yiou want; WILL WADE DID NOT OWN THE SEC. Nothing you say is going to change this. He had a better conference record during his 5 years in the league than any other school during that same 5-year period.
Kind of like the NCAA tournament win you must have slept through, these are objective data points. Your opinions seem slightly subjective and generally inaccurate. But hey, don’t let pesky things like facts and records get in the way of your crusade.

The fact that he had the best conference record in the league over the 5-year period that he was in the SEC. That is a fact. I'm sorry you got your feelings hurt, but you continue to make concrete statements and yet provide absolutely nothing to back them up. Then when you do go out on a limb (and subsequently fall off that limb - i.e. "he never won a tournament game") you want to resort to calling names. It's a sign of lower intelligence, it's okay some things you can't help.

You forgot to mention that, unlike the other cheaters that you made up, Will “the Cheater” was bringing constant bad PR to his employer. It was so bad that in two tournaments, he had to watch from the couch while his assistant led the team on the court.
And he never made it past the Sweet 16.
So let’s recap. He cheated (even you aren’t denying that…you just try to minimize it by accusing other coaches of doing the same), even though he was cheating, he couldn’t make a deep run, and he constantly was bringing bad scrutiny to the program because of his cheating ways.
Why would LSU want more of that?
He’s a loser. LSU can and should do better.

How many times has LSU been to the Sweet 16 in the last 30 years?
Answer 3 times and he is responsible for 1/3 of those, despite only being here 5 years and losing one of those years to Covid.
How many times has LSU won the SEC regular season title in the last 30 years?
Answer: 4 times and he did it once in 5 years.
How many times has LSU made tournament in 30 years?
Answer: 9 times and he is responsible for 1/3 of those despite only having coached 5 of those 30 years. Would have been 4 had Covid not ended the 2020 season.
How many times has LSU made the second round of the tournament in the last 30 years?
Answer: 5 times and he is responsible for 40% of those, despite only being here 5 of those 30 years.
So let’s recap, he was targeted by the NCAA, did not have the support of his own athletic administration and, yet, had the best 5 year run of LSU basketball in 30 years.
Why would LSU want more of those 5 years when we can have what we got out of MM for the last 3 years. You’re really proving yourself to be a complete dumbass.

It’s clear that your nut boy can do no wrong in your eyes. No employer would put up with what he put LSU through.
Most importantly, LSU didn’t put up with it, and no amount of slurping on Will “the Cheater” Wade’s nuts by you is going to bring him back.
You really should just become a McNeese fan so you can keep a constant watch on the real object of your affection.
Fortunately for true LSU fans, the administration expects better from its coaches. Woodward will thankfully never let Will “the Cheater” Wade back onto its payroll, and for good cause at that.
Wait…that’s why they didn’t have to buy out his contract…he was fired “for cause”.
