Because at LSU all the pressure is constantly put on the defense. We had 2 chances to win the game on offense and both times we ran the ball 3 times and kicked it once on a punt and once on a fg

I don't understand why there are impossible expectations for him to be perfect just because they gave him more money.
He didn't ask for more money, they gave it to him because they were terrified of losing him to A&M. Now whenever the defense gives up a first down people start talking about his contract.

4th and Aranda gets plenty of criticism. Rushed 3 and dropped 8 the whole damn overtime. How did that work? Just like the 4th and 18 at end of regulation that they made. Closed A&M down 2nd half by blitzing and bringing 5/6 up in the box. Never went back to it....stayed in his prevent. Please, the excuse makers that cried about injuries and no db's???? then bring PRESSURE. Hell, I can find someone open if you allow me to stand there until someone comes open Vastly overrated in my opinion!!!

Thats not true. You need to go back and rewatch ot. We rarely just rushed 3.
They did their job for 2 of the 1st 4 ots by holding a&m to a fg.

All I'm saying is that you're bound to have more confusion in Cover 3 when half of the defense hasn't played with the other half. Our base D was working just fine.

Good points that being said the offense could have iced the game for they didn't, so the offense stepped up 7 times in OT with scores, the #aranda/chavis defense did not, they allowed 7 scores that cost the game, I'm just saying 2.5 million a year should come up with one STOP, he didn't, period
