The DA presented to the GJ a felony charge and the GJ returned a misdemeanor charge of simple battery.
He was charged with kicking someone in the head, nothing else, no punch, no push, nothing. I don't know how else to explain this.

College QB's indicted for battery have never been my favorites
Don't care if it's just simple "Battery" either. Last time I checked, any degree of "Battery" is against the law in the United States. Hey, let's put our previously starting senior quarterback that's just been indicted back on the team because the charge is not really that serious.

Do you REALLY not want him on the team because he broke the law? You want Mett gone too?
I couldn't care less if he broke the law or not and think that most on here singing that song do not either. I think the concern is with him breaking what is working so well right now.
We have seen his bad play, we have seen him look pouty no the sidelines and heard him bring everyone but JJ about the offensive problems. How is he going to handle being no. 2?

What I never liked about Jordan was when a receiver dropped a pass he was always throwing his hands in the air and pouting while walking to the sideline. Jarrett to me showed so much class last weekend when Ruben dropped the pass in the end zone and Jarrett walked over to him to let him know. We'll get him next time. I have never seen that type of action from Jordan in the 2 years he had been the starter.
