Because we only get 3 timeouts per half and RS used one almost every snap at QB last year because he was lost.

Thank God someone finally said it. All the couch coaches have sat on here for the last couple years and lamented the fact that Shepard was moved to WR and now are labeling him a bust.

I can hardly remember a time when he had the ball thrown to him in stride last year. He was always having balls thrown behind him or at his feet, etc. A better QB will go a long way for Shep.
