So only a young guy can figure it out? Joe Brady is the exception and not the norm in coaching.
Football is football. Nothing is really new. 5-2 is a 3-4 they played in the 80s in response to more pass happy offenses. And so on.
Get the best person regardless of age, gender, if they played the game or not, or whatever.
