If Shep did and acted the way Tebow does , he would be in our eyes the best ever. Tebow is a guy I would nt mind my son striving to be like. The lsu version of course. the kid is what makes college football so special. he wont be a great pro but perhaps the best or just most decorated in college football ever.

hope that Tebow & UF come in to Tiger Stadium and play the best game they have ever played, leave no doubt that he and that team tried their absolute best...and find that it wasn't good enough!

If I remember correctly they played almost a perfect game in '07 and it wasn't enough.

I would love to hear the chant of "f*ck you, tebow!" on national television again. The look on Tebow's arrogant face after doing the telephone gesture and hearing the response was classic. I think the fans and the Baton Rouge night game environment helped a lot in destroying Tebow's and the Gators' confidence down the stretch last time in Death Valley.

Also, I refuse to buy into the boy scout portrayal of this kid. He's an arrogant prick and wraps himself in the flag and hides behind the bible to cover for his attitude.

Talk about damned if you do, damned if you don't. Way to give the guy a chance. I'm sorry if you're envious of the fact that he's the starting quarterback of the defending national champions, a Heisman trophy winner and an amazing role model. Seriously, would you prefer him be another Maurice Clarett?

dude is a role model, but a douchebag on the field him and Creyer, two arrogant SOB's that luv to rub it in on teams, so I hope the opposite happens to them this year, a lot of teams rub it in on them.

Sorry, but Tebou is my favorite player outside of LSU team... I would love for my 2 sons to have this kids character and morals.

No, he's sarcastically referring to Tebow's deep religious faith and such.

I wouldn't rope the quarterback in for running up the score -- personally, I'd rather do that than get on Meyer's bad side by changing the call, since he is (or seems to be) rather vengeful and he definitely is Tebow's coach.

I'm sure there are plenty of examples of running the score up, but what ones specifically come to mind? I think Georgia's can be somewhat justified...
