Harris has the talent to do similar things (maybe not as great). Harris's bio reads almost exactly like that excerpt, only Miles/Cam have no idea how to utilize him.
You are leaving out HUGE factor though. In high school, Winston had a personal coach that taught him the nuence of reading coverages at an early age. Brandon Harris has not had such a tutor.

I think Harris has all of the tools to be a great quarterback with the proper coaching. Jimbo could have done wonders with this guy.
I don't think Jimbo is coming however.
I would love to be the LSU athletic director however. I would be taking a close look at Tom Herman, Chip Kelly, Gary Patterson, Dana Holgorson and yes Neal Brown. Neal Brown puts together some of the best offenses I have ever seen. Yes, more dynamic than Jimbos.
He left Kentucky to take the Troy head coaching job and is in a rebuild status right now. Any of those would kill it at LSU.

I can understand what you are saying, but Harris has gone to many camps in high school and his early time in college as well. Like I said, I don't think he'd be Jameis Winston good, but he has the receivers, a shite ton of them, and the offense (if Jimbo comes here) to put up massive numbers.
Look at what Brandon Allen is doing right now. Compare his numbers in 2014 to Brandon Harris's right now. That was Allen's 2nd year and this is Harris's 1st.
Harris could explode here with the right coaching and under the right system. He has a ridiculous amount of talent around him and tons of physical talent in himself.
