You persue the candidate you want most that you feel is the best fit and will move the program in the direction that you feel

So you don’t worry about the circumstances of the current Coach you simply do what you need to do and you need to be as patient as you need

That being said, you have to be smart and work with the agent and make sure that you are not being played

In other words the coach needs to be honest if he’s not interested he needs to do the right thing and just say no behind the scenes
