Saban on top of a Strength Coach. That’s a sight (you said “under Saban”). Lil Nicky riding off to the sunset

It’s a talent problem. The guys on OL suck arse and there’s not enough depth on DL (and the starters aren’t what we’re used to)

This topic comes up regularly and it is painfully obvious the majority of individuals on the rant know next to nothing about strength and conditioning, much less the S&C of above average to elite level athletes. Seeing as Cochran is a Moffitt protégé, the difference in results seems to be due to Alabama having superior “supplementation”. To be fair, players at universities across the country benefit from this “supplementation”, it just seems to be more wide spread at Alabama.

ETA: LSU used to have a top notch “supplementation” culture. None, perhaps, produced more results than 90’s era LSU baseball.

This man was nearly named the S&C coach under Saban when he first got to LSU. He was the 2nd choice...

The difference is Cochran has surpassed Moffitt. In every way. Just accept it.
