Always been with Les. An interesting read is all the websiites and facebook pages that had been started in the last 2 years or so to "Fire Les Miles". They are like ghost towns now.

I haven't, and can't apologize for it. Can't take back some of his bonehead decisions. They happened. But the thing i like about him, is he learns from his mistakes and makes things better.

Exactly. It's ok to have been down on him a time or two. He's had some bad moments. But he's adjusted and recovered very well.

I have been a Les fan since the hire. Beating his in state rival, with vastly inferior resources, 2 out of 4 yeaes told me he was the real deal...

Even through his mistakes I have stood behind him...

Juice, I guess what I am asking is not who has questioned his decision making or mismanagement at times, but who had at one time or another felt LSU would be better off showing him the door.

Ahh, I see. Yeah I don't think I ever had the attitude of "he needs to go." But it's important to note the difference of "fire his arse" and "he needs to improve on A and B."

I've been a fan. He left a solid program at Oklahoma St....he helped build it into what it is today, then he passed up his dream job (Michigan) and absolutetly loves LSU despite some of the assholes that constantly bash him because they are still homers for Saban's traitor arse.

Saban bolted on us for Miami only to find out it was over his head so he ran back to Alabama...and he is still considered a God amongst football coaches. He's an arse, he is too faced and I'm glad his sorry arse is gone. Saban is all about himself. The proof is in his track record.

Go Les!!!

I was a Les Miles guy since the beginning, but I have to admit, that he almost lost me after last year's Tennessee game.

The Ole Miss game was the only real time I was about done with Les.

I've always liked him, thought well of him and defended him on here.

I've definitely had my ups and downs with him. I've never gone to extremes to call for his head or anything, but I also was excited about possible replacements back in 07. It was during the 09 season that I really realized what a phenomenal man and coach he was. For the last 2.5 years I wouldn't trade him for anyone.

I love how some fans chose to be so ABSOLUTE. Miles wins a big game, thus he CAN DO NO WRONG. We are all happy with Miles right now. Miles is still a human - and any human will have to make tough calls and some of them will certainly be mistakes.

Congratulations to LSU and Les Miles - but you'd be naive to have this he's never done a stupid thing in his life and hurt LSU's season mentality.

All I'm saying is that it's ok to have been critical of Miles - and not be critical of him right now. That is possible. That's how coaches are with their players.

I wanted him gone after Tennessee in 2005. But he's grown on me.

My Bad and I admit I was wrong - I was never keen on Miles but started to warm up last season after the AL game.

So far, this season has been nothing short of a phenomenal accomplishment.

I do not want another Crystal for anybody but Les Miles. He represents decency and how it should be done. The man is nothing but pure class. If the world had more people like Miles, it would be better place.

My doubts are over. He has grown into the job, is more comfortable and the Saban ghost has been exorcised.

F--K Saban and F--K AL !!!!!!!
