explanation as to how those seats will be put on the 'Market"? Is there a demand for an additional 9 thousand season tickets that will be easily met? Does TAF control them?

Club seats have already been sold. There is a waiting list. I don't believe that the 1500 general admission seats atop the expansion have been allotted yet. Some will be reserved for visitors being relocated from the lower SEZ, the remainder (in addition to the newly liberated seats in the SEZ) will be assigned by philanthropic poing ranking.
